Last month we celebrated Earth Day and ‘Green School’s Week’ with lots of creativity, information and fun. We had 2 different guest speakers during the week and have learnt a lot about wildlife in our school and local environment. You can see our two new bug hotels outside!
This month we are all working on our ‘Every School Day Counts’ campaign for attendance and the student council have run a poster competition. The girls are working together to earn a whole school reward in June. Time to get our Funky Feet ready for a picnic!
The girls in 2nd class are preparing for the sacrament of Communion this month. We wish them the best of luck.
Some of girls from 3rd- 6th class are getting ready for the Cumann na mBunscoil Athletics later on this month… Corpus Christi Abú!!!
All of our classes are looking forward to going on their school tours soon! We look forward to spending time learning outside, making the most of the good weather here in Corpus Christi.
